It all began in 1994, when Nikola Serdar, owner of NIM GmbH, decided to expand his vision and create something new. That\u2019s how Nimcro was born, with a clear goal \u2013 to produce unforgettable drinks.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, Nimcro showed passion and expertise in creating innovative flavors, soon followed by hits like Dalmatino<\/a>, Blacky<\/a>, and Vodka X \u2013 drinks that became true Croatian classics.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

From Pelin to Pepito \u2013 The Story of Legends<\/div>

In 2007, Pelin Kr\u00e4uter<\/a> was introduced, proving that herbal aromas can be powerful, complex, and unforgettable. But the story didn\u2019t end there. In 2011, Nimcro acquired Pepito<\/a> and Istra Bitter<\/a> \u2013 legendary brands that, after a redesign, gained a whole new life on the market.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

New Name, New Premium Flavors<\/div>

2016 marked a major milestone \u2013 the company became Nimco Brands & Liqueurs d.o.o., and with the new name came a modern business and production facility. How best to celebrate? Naturally, with new premium products! That\u2019s when Cobalt vodka<\/a> and Five Corners gin<\/a> \u2013 top-shelf drinks for true connoisseurs \u2013 saw the light of day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Purist \u2013 The Pure Essence of Flavor<\/div>

Then came Purist<\/a>. In 2021, Nimco introduced a 100% noble fruit distillate, obtained by separate distillation of each fermented fruit. Pure essence of flavor, without compromise. If there\u2019s a better gift than \u201cPremium rakija,\u201d we haven\u2019t found it yet.<\/p>\n
