DECADES OF TRADITION<\/h2>\n

Certainly, one of the oldest products in our range is Istra Bitter. It has been produced since 1952, and it was created just as its name suggests, in Istria.<\/p>\n

FRAGRANT ORANGE<\/h2>\n

The main element of Istra Bitter is easily recognized with the first pour \u2013 juicy orange. A Bitter with intense orange flavor is great for preparing classics like Negroni, Americano or Bitter Spritz.<\/p>\n

HOW AND WHEN TO ENJOY ISTRA BITTER APERITIF<\/h2>\n

You can enjoy it simply over ice but it is also suitable for cocktails. It is consumed on special occasions and special can be any day if we make it so.<\/p>\n

GLAMOROUS STYLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In combination with sparkling wine, Istra Bitter highlights its glamorous feel and becomes Bitter Royal. It is served, of course, in a narrow stem glass \u2013 a champagne glass, with the addition of orange slice. If you want a cleaner and lighter taste, it is enough to add ice, a\u00a0splash of soda water<\/a>\u00a0and a slice of orange to Istra Bitter.<\/p>\n

SIMPLE RULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The most delicious recipes with Istra Bitter are also the simplest \u2013 just follow two basic rules.<\/p>\n

Use 3:2:1 ratio for the more complex Bitter Royal with crushed ice (90 ml Prosecco\u00a0 + 60 ml Istra Bitter\u00a0 + 30 ml soda water) or a ratio of 2:1 for a quick and tasty cocktail with full ice cubes (120 ml of orange juice or soda water + 60 ml Istra Bitter).<\/p>\n

The quality of Istra Bitter is confirmed by numerous awards for liqueurs at home and abroad.
