Add products to shopping cart in the quantity you wish and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email, based on which you can make a payment to our account specified in the order confirmation. As soon as the payment is visible on our account, we will pack your order and deliver it to the delivery service. The deadline for payment after purchase order is made is 3 days. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will cancel your order.
Payment is made using Internet banking, payment slips, and transfer orders – payment data is specified in the purchase confirmation you will receive to your email address following the final purchase and the placing of the items into the shopping cart. Card payments and cash on delivery are not possible.
If you pay for your order by 13:00h on a working day (Mon-Fri), the payment will be visible the following working day, during which we will prepare your order and hand it over to the delivery service. If you pay for your order after 13:00h on a working day, we will see the payment in 2 days and only then will we prepare your order and hand it over to the delivery service.
We deliver our products to all EU member countries.

The delivery cost is €5.30 for deliveries in Croatia and €30.00 for deliveries to other EU member states. The delivery cost is fixed and does not depend on the quantity or type of products ordered.
Orders are delivered within Croatia by Hrvatska pošta. Delivery of orders to other EU member states is done by selecting currently available courier companies (Hrvatska pošta, GLS, DPD, DHL). For all orders sent to EU member states you will receive a tracking number, while for orders delivered within Croatia we do not send a tracking number.
The delivery time for shipments within Croatia is within 3 working days for most places in Croatia, except in the case of delivery to islands and more remote areas when the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery time to other EU member countries depends on the place of delivery, but in most cases it is 5 to 10 working days.
The packaging material of our products is glass and requires careful handling. When packing, we will protect the product as much as possible from damage, but we cannot influence the handling from the moment the shipment is handed over to the delivery service. In order to protect your rights as much as possible and ensure, if necessary, a simple complaint and quick delivery of a replacement product, YOU MUST open and inspect the shipment UPON DELIVERY. If you notice any damage, do not accept the shipment and notify us immediately by email at email@example.com so that we can send you a new shipment without delay. There is no additional or hidden cost for you in this process.
If you did not check the shipment during delivery and you received a package with a damaged product, you must send us an email explaining what was destroyed and how, send photos that clearly show the damaged product inside the shipment, and it is possible that we will ask you to send us back the destroyed product. In case of acceptance of the complaint, we will refund the money for the order, less the cost of delivery. If you cannot deliver what is requested, we will not be able to accept the complaint.
You can cancel your order yourself if you have registered as a customer at https://www.nimco.hr/account/ or you can do it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +386 1 3096 707, specifying the order number. You don’t need to state the reason. If you cancel the order after we have already handed it over to the delivery service, it is enough to just notify us by email or phone and not to accept delivery of the shipment. As soon as the shipment is returned to us, we will send a refund for the order minus the shipping cost to the account from which you paid for the order.
