- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml honey (a full teaspoon)
- 60 ml mineral water

- 30 ml Croatica plum brandy

Prepare a 350 ml highball glass filled with ice. In a shaker, pour plum brandy, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, syrup, and ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Top with tonic water. Plum Sour
- 30 ml Croatica plum brandy
- 20 ml Rustiq premium pelinkovac
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 large egg white
- Gold leaf flakes
Place all ingredients and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and long to create a firm foam from the egg white and blend all ingredients well while diluting sufficiently. Strain into a prepared coupe glass, ensuring the foam sits nicely on top. Garnish with gold leaf flakes. Full of sour and bitter flavor. A variation on classic pisco sour and whiskey sour cocktails.
